The workshop 'Astrostatistics and Data Mining in Large Astronomical Databases' is organised by the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Spain) in the island of La Palma. The event will take place between May 30th and June 3rd 2011.

Workshop Proceedings and Lectures Notes will be published in the Springer Publishing Co. Series on Astrostatistics

Important dates

Workshop registration & abstract submission deadline: February 28th
Communication of acceptance by SOC: March 20th

The registration fee includes the welcome reception and lunch at the Hotel Taburiente Playa from Monday to Friday.

The workshop will be limited to 50 participants in order to facilitate interaction and collaboration.
